Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build skills in customer service and sales, use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, and complete training to stay current on products and processes. The role includes a base pay of $21.50 per hour plus $5 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives and eligibility for an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes.
• Engage customers by exploring needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
