Job summary

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Manage other duties/projects as assigned by management.
