Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized technology and service solutions to meet individual customer needs.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and features.
• Complete training to build knowledge of retail processes and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
