Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to help customers access personalized technology and service solutions. You will demonstrate coverage, guide plan selections, and complete training to stay current on retail processes and wireless innovations.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales. The role offers $19.50 base hourly pay plus $5 training pay, onboarding training, and eligibility for annual incentives and stock grants

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
