This entry role includes on-the-job training, base pay of $20.50/hour plus $5 training pay, and a pathway to Mobile Expert with incentives and stock grants. Benefits include health, retirement plans, PTO, and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by: Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Demonstrating the latest technology in-store and providing personalized solutions.
• Becomes skilled with digital tools in interactions and onboarding to showcase coverage and LTE benefits, and to complete training on in-store experience and processes.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify small business leads.
