Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a retail associate to engage customers and guide them through technology and service options. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tools, and service plan recommendations. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months in customer service or sales in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
