T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with devices, services and demonstrations in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits, while completing required training and contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and engage customers effectively.
• Willing to use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits.

Responsabilités

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
