Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding them through technology and service choices in a fast-paced store setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The role includes on-the-job training with paid training pay, opportunities for advancement, and access to comprehensive benefits and stock programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
