Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educating and recommending solutions while using digital tools and onboarding processes.

Role includes on-the-job training, potential career growth, competitive base pay of $18/hour plus $5 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour when including incentives. Stock grants and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred and required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating on and showcasing T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate product value and onboard customers to the T-Mobile app.
• Complete training on in-store experiences, new skills, products, processes, and systems; help with onboarding and store operations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
