Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations and assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and help customers throughout their shopping journey.

Starting hourly pay is $18.00 with an additional $5 training pay. Training is provided in the first 90 days; after that, earn $20/hour inclusive of incentives, plus eligibility for an annual stock grant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
