Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service choices in a fast-paced environment.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers through their shopping journey, developing skills in customer interaction, digital tools, and service plan recommendations. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, product knowledge proficiency, and effective use of digital resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
