Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and one or more additional languages (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to create welcoming, personalized experiences.
• Demonstrate smartphones, accessories, and connected devices and help customers find solutions.
• Build lasting relationships by listening, asking questions, and recommending products.
• Support customers throughout their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Develop sales skills while balancing customer needs with sales goals in a team environment.
• Collaborate with teammates and store leaders to solve problems and support customers.
