T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to join a Retail Team of Experts. You will learn to serve customers, demonstrate devices, and sell plans, accessories, and IoT devices in a fast-paced store environment.

You will complete new-employee training, grow skills toward Mobile Expert, and participate in our incentive programs while earning base pay of $20.50 per hour plus training pay; full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers, providing world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Becomes skilled with digital tools and demonstrates coverage, LTE network and in-store processes.
• Establishes relationships across channels to resolve issues and identify leads.
