Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates in Colorado Springs, CO. You will join a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, demonstrate devices, and guide customers through purchases both in-store and online.

This is a learning role designed to build skills for advancement to Mobile Expert with hands-on training. Requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care or in-store.
• Demonstrate the latest technology in-store and educate customers on devices and services.
• Provide personalized solutions beyond device and plan needs, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion.
