T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to represent the T-Mobile brand at National Sales partner locations. In a high-traffic environment, you’ll engage customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate solutions using digital tools.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED is required.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
Use digital self-serve tools to educate customers and guide them through onboarding and app utilization.
Complete training on store processes, promotions, and systems; maintain readiness with current promotions.
Build relationships with nearby stores and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
