Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a high-traffic retail environment and engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Educate customers, complete onboarding, and support ongoing account servicing.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, process transactions, and assist with store operations.
