Job summary

The Comcast Retail Service Associate role supports the store team in delivering a best-in-class customer experience across mobile, operational, and transactional activities. The RSA is a go-to resource for technical and operational support, helping to keep the store clean, organized, and stocked while assisting customers with mobile activation and education.

RSAs help with receiving inventory, cycle counts, and demonstrations, ensuring customers leave confident in Comcast products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Customer service skills and the ability to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology and supports store team in front and back of the store.
• Ensures sales floor and back-of-store areas are clean, stocked, and safe and reports issues to leadership.
• Greets customers, connects them with a sales consultant, and demonstrates company technology as needed.
• conducts weekly cycle counts and assists with inventory processes.
• Adapts to store priorities, maintains professionalism, and supports a culture of inclusion.
