Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and demonstrate technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized technology and service solutions to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features using digital tools.
• Complete required training to learn retail processes and wireless technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
