T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology, and recommend service plans in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll grow product knowledge and use digital tools to guide the customer’s shopping journey, delivering personalized solutions and earning satisfaction through strong service. Starting with base pay of $18.00 per hour plus training pay, you can progress with incentives and stock opportunities.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Able to apply digital tools to demonstrate plan options and features.

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
