Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support in-store customers by delivering personalized technology and service solutions. You will learn products, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll build product knowledge, use digital tools, complete required training, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience while advancing toward incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
