Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Associate to support in-store customer interactions, explain devices and services, and demonstrate network coverage using digital tools.

You will build relationships, complete training, and contribute to a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Pay includes a base hourly rate with training pay, access to stock-based incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
