T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, demonstrate network coverage with digital tools, and complete training to become a trusted advisor who drives loyalty and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
