Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to drive customer engagement in National Sales partner locations. You will educate customers on T-Mobile solutions, demonstrate features, and build lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

You’ll leverage digital tools, apply consultative selling, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding service. Training pay is provided; full-time benefits apply, with opportunities for incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales in a retail setting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling to demonstrate products and services; assist with onboarding and app usage.
• Complete training on in-store processes, stay current with promotions, and protect store assets and keys while assisting customers.
