Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate for our Store-in-Store partnerships to engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will learn the full in-store experience, leverage digital tools, and help customers self-serve through the T-Mobile app. This role emphasizes service excellence and relationship building with customers and nearby teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a Retail environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital tools to demonstrate value and complete onboarding using self-serve options.
• Participate in training to learn in-store processes, products, and systems; assist with store operations and opening/closing procedures.
