Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. In a high-traffic retail environment, you will engage customers, educate on solutions, and build relationships to drive sales and satisfaction.

You will use digital tools, learn products and processes, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure a consistent customer experience. Training and incentives are part of the role, with growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, and processes; review promotions and updates to stay customer-ready.
