Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. In a high-traffic environment, you will engage customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.

You will train on in-store processes and support onboarding while building strong customer relationships. You will meet goals by using digital tools, following promotions, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail env. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools and solution-based selling to demonstrate value and assist onboarding.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and support on-boarded customers with store operations.
• Build rapport with customers and partner with nearby locations to ensure a seamless experience.
