Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions and close sales.
• Complete training on in-store processes, product knowledge, and systems; onboard and assist customers.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, and drive referrals and Be Back interactions.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and support store operations.
