Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a busy environment while delivering outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport and loyalty, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
