T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to work in a warehouse/club kiosk, delivering energetic, knowledgeable service to a wide customer base.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment; educate customers and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes, and systems; perform knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
