Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage with customers, educate them on offerings, and showcase the value of mobile solutions while delivering outstanding service in a high-traffic setting.

Training is provided on the store-in-store experience, products, and processes. This role emphasizes energy, relationship building, and proactive sales activity to connect customers with the right solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems, and continuously improve skills.
• Build rapport, drive sales, attract referrals, and follow up with customers.
