Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a high-traffic environment while delivering outstanding service. You will receive onboarding training, seasonal and ongoing skills development, and proximity to a dynamic retail environment where technology and customer needs evolve rapidly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of store-in-store benefits.
• Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously learn and improve to provide the best customer experience.
• Engage customers, build rapport, attract potential customers, follow up, collect referrals, and support sales activity and relationships at the location.
