You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and help them stay connected to what matters most. The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and offers paid training with a guaranteed base and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate customers, and showcase benefits of T-Mobile store-in-store program.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales by attracting customers, following up, and calling referrals.
