Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking Retail Mobile Associates to support retail operations and assist customers with devices and service solutions in a fast-paced store setting. You will use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits while building customer relationships and delivering personalized support.

Role requires a high school diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or retail sales; training is provided, with opportunities for incentives and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
