Job summary

Comcast in Oakland, CA seeks a Mobile Retail Service Associate (Mobile RSA) to join our store team. You’ll activate devices, educate customers, troubleshoot issues, and help with on-demand deliveries, always aiming to deliver a white-glove customer experience.

You’ll support mobility activations, BYOD setup, and upsell accessories while maintaining a clean, organized store environment and driving best-in-class service for Comcast products and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 0-2 Years of relevant work experience.
• Customer-focused and professional communication.
• Basic tech knowledge and ability to learn devices quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with mobile activations, education, troubleshooting, and escalations.
• Provide white-glove experiences activating devices and BYOD to the network.
• Support with store operations, merchandising, and ensuring a clean, functional store environment.
• Handle on-demand deliveries and upsell accessories when opportunities arise.
