Responsibilities

• Activate and educate customers on mobile devices and BYOD.
• Troubleshoot basic device or service issues and assist with escalations.
• Assist with activation, setup, and transfers, including SIM/eSIM configuration.
• Support with store operations, merchandising and quick device exchanges.
