Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations in Covington, VA. You will engage customers, demonstrate technology, and help with service plan recommendations to meet individual needs.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training is provided; after promotion to Mobile Expert, incentives may apply, with a guaranteed $20/hour including base pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
