Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by assisting customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment. You will develop proficiency in customer service and sales and use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and benefits.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour plus $5 training pay; during the first 90 days you receive on-the-job training. After progression, you are eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs
• Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
