Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring at our retail locations in Oregon to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting. You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

We offer a base pay of $18/hour with $5/hour training pay, a guaranteed earnings target of $20/hour including incentives, and annual stock grants plus comprehensive benefits. Training and career growth are emphasized in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–6 months of customer service or sales experience is preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support a seamless customer experience and team initiatives.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by management.
