Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology, and assist shoppers with service plans in a fast-paced environment. You’ll build product knowledge and guide customers through their shopping journey.

We offer a competitive base pay of $18/hour plus $5/hour training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including incentives. After onboarding, you may qualify for an annual stock grant, the stock purchase plan, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
