Job summary

T-Mobile stores are hiring Mobile Associates to support retail operations, engage customers, and guide technology and service needs in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and assist customers throughout their shopping journey, while developing skills in digital tools, training, and teamwork. Base pay starts at $18/hour with $5 training pay, and opportunities for incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
