Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting. You will develop product knowledge, demonstrate plan options, and guide shoppers through their journey to find the best solution.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, plus $5.00 training pay. After 90 days, on-the-job training completes and you may become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with stock grants available to all employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to learn tech and service plan offerings.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and features.
• Complete required training on retail processes and wireless technology.
• Collaborate across channels to support a seamless customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
