Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate in retail operations. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices and services, and tailor solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. After training, employees are guaranteed $20/hour with incentives and become eligible for the annual stock grant and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management as needed.
