Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers explore technology and service options in a fast-paced store environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their journey, using digital tools and a team-based approach.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-first attitude. Base pay is $18.00/hour plus $5.00 training pay, with a guaranteed $20/hour including

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
• Knowledge of digital tools and retail processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
