Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks Mobile Associates to assist customers in retail, explain plans, and showcase devices in a fast-paced environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide customers through their shopping journey.

You will develop skills in customer interaction, digital tool usage, and service plan recommendations, with success measured by customer satisfaction and knowledge proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
