Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Mobile Associate to assist customers with technology and service needs in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide customers through their shopping journey to empower informed decisions. Training is provided to develop skills in digital tools, product details, and service plan recommendations, with success measured by customer satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
