Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring for a Mobile Associate role in retail. You will engage customers, demonstrate technology and service options, and help shoppers choose plans and devices.

You’ll train on retail processes and wireless solutions, collaborating across channels to ensure a great customer experience. Includes an hourly base rate with training pay, a clear path to Mobile Expert, and eligibility for an annual stock grant and stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
