Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer advocate and ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey and demonstrate devices and services in-store.
• Perform hands-on demonstrations of latest technology and provide personalized solutions beyond base plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other channels to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve issues.
