Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools and education to showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile products and services; encourage self-serve options and app usage.
• Complete training on in-store processes and product knowledge; review promotions and updates to stay customer ready; collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.
