Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to energize customer experiences at National Sales partner locations. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and drive sales with strong product knowledge and relationship-building.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, solution-based selling, and exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll train on in-store processes, review promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating them and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions; identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, knowledge resources, and promotions; align with nearby stores to onboard customers.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up, capture referrals, and support Be Back processes.
