T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on devices, and use solution-based selling to meet targets in a high-traffic retail setting.

You will receive training, work with nearby stores to onboard customers, and help provide exceptional service while supporting store operations and achieving sales metrics.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to educate customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting and meet sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase value of solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding; identify needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay Customer Ready at all times and onboard customers with store teams.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
